(MONCTON, NB) The UNB REDS fell 3-1 to the Université de Moncton Aigles Bleus in their final game of the 2025 Atlantic University Sport men's soccer regular season, Friday in Moncton.
Kautchy Emmanuel-Marie scored twice for the home side while Alex LeBlanc added a single.
Harrison McGinn scored for UNB.
Jensen Brown took the loss in the REDS' net while Soan Janssen made five saves on six shots in the Moncton net.
The REDS finish the regular season with a 7-4-1 record, but their final place in the standings has yet to be determined.
Eight teams will wrap up the AUS regular season on Saturday.
UNB has secured a spot in the AUS championship tournament which runs Thursday through Sunday, in Antigonish, but the REDS' quarter-final opponent won't be known until play has concluded on Saturday.
