V-Reds men's squad gain split on the Rock

The University of New Brunswick Varsity Reds men's soccer team came away with a split in their Atlantic University Men's Soccer Conference season-opening road trip to Newfoundland. After falling 1-0 to the host Memorial Sea-Hawks Saturday -- MUN's Steven Delong had the game's only goal, scoring past Aaron McMurray 15 minutes -- the V-Reds returned the favour Sunday, posting a 1-0 win in the rematch.
