REDS Bow Out At AUS Championship

(FREDERICTON, NB) The Memorial Sea-Hawks and Dalhousie Tigers will square off in the men's final at the Bell Atlantic University Sport Curling Championships, being held at Fredericton's Capital Winter Club.

The Tigers edged the host UNB REDS 6-5 in Saturday's semi-final.

Memorial finished the round robin portion of the tournament with a perfect 4-and-0 record to earn their spot in the final.

The REDS went 3-1 in round robin while Dal was 2-2.

Sunday's championship game goes at 9:00am AST.

While the conference title is still to be decided, both Memorial and Dal have qualified to compete in the U SPORTS Championships, February 17-21, in Regina.
